HR Recruiter

Job Description: HR Recruiter (Retail Operations & Field Staffing)

Role Overview: We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for retail field roles, including In-Store Promoters, Merchandisers, and Junior-level operations staff. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with blue-collar and frontline hiring portals (such as Apna and Job Hai) and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls to screen, evaluate, and onboard candidates quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for frontline and field roles, from sourcing to final onboarding.

• Portal Sourcing & Management:

  • Actively source candidates on blue-collar job portals like Apna, Job Hai, and local recruitment channels.

  • Post jobs, screen incoming applications, shortlist relevant profiles, and manage database pools.

• High-Volume Telephonic Screening:

  • Make heavy daily outbound calls to candidates, understand their availability and salary expectations, and pitch job openings effectively.

  • Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess communication skills, confidence, and suitability for retail/field environments.

• Interview Coordination & Follow-ups:

  • Coordinate interviews with internal managers or clients.

  • Follow up with shortlisted candidates to ensure high turn-out rates for walk-ins, training sessions, and final joining.

• Onboarding & Documentation:

  • Collect necessary joining documents (ID proofs, bank details, certificates) and ensure prompt compliance.

  • Coordinate with operations teams for ID card issuance, store allocation, and deployment.

• Pipeline Management: Maintain daily and weekly trackers for calls made, interviews scheduled, offers rolled out, and final joining numbers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 0.5 to 3 years of experience in recruitment (mass hiring, volume hiring, or frontline/field staffing preferred).

• Portal Expertise: Hands-on working experience with job portals like Apna and Job Hai.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in local languages/English; comfortable with high-volume daily calling.

• Target-Oriented: Ability to work under fast-paced timelines and meet urgent client deployment deadlines.

• Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream (HR/Management background is a plus).

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
