Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring (White Collar & Blue Collar) while supporting key HR operations. The role involves close coordination with stakeholders, ITIs, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (80%)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both White Collar and Blue Collar roles

• Understand manpower requirements through stakeholder discussions and workforce planning

• Drive hiring through multiple channels including job portals, field hiring, vendor support, and references

• Coordinate and manage ITI tie-ups for sourcing and hiring of technical workforce

• Plan and conduct bulk hiring drives and campus recruitment (ITI level)

• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Conduct HR interviews and candidate assessments

• Manage salary negotiations and offer rollouts

• Ensure strong candidate experience and timely closures

• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and reports

• Meet hiring timelines and closure targets

HR Operations (20%)

• Support employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation

• Coordinate with payroll and compliance teams for employee data

• Maintain employee records and HRMS updates

• Assist in attendance, leave management, and employee queries

• Support in HR audits and compliance documentation

Key Skills & Competencies

• Experience in White Collar & Blue Collar hiring (bulk + lateral)

• Exposure to ITI hiring and institute coordination

• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle high-volume hiring under tight timelines

• Basic knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance

• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools

• Proven experience in manufacturing / operations / field hiring environment

• Strong coordination and vendor management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setup
