HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand workforce planning and resource forecasting to anticipate hiring needs.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods (job portals, social media, networking, referrals).

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

• Conduct initial screening and coordinate with hiring managers for interviews.

• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Maintain candidate databases (e.g., via ATS).

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

• Track and report key recruitment metrics (time to hire, source of hire, etc.).

• Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.

• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and vendors when needed.
