Key Responsibilities

AI-Driven Talent Acquisition

This role focuses on leveraging technology and data to manage the full recruitment cycle.

● Portal Management: Actively manage and source candidates from job portals like Naukri, Apna, and other recruitment platforms

● Candidate Screening & Engagement: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

● AI Recruitment Tools: Utilize proprietary AI/data-driven systems for candidate sourcing, screening, and tracking to maximize placement efficiency

● End-to-End Recruitment: Own the candidate journey from initial contact, scheduling, conducting screenings, and managing feedback loops with clients and candidates

● Candidate Counseling: Provide tailored career counseling and placement support, focusing on preparing candidates for the modern job market

● Database Management: Maintain organized candidate databases and ensure all recruitment data is accurately tracked and updated
