Responsibility :

Handle hiring support and reduce recruitment workload
Conduct first-round interviews and candidate screening
Manage joining formalities, introductions, offer letters, increments, and resignations
Create and implement HR policies, processes, and systems
Assist management in team decision-making based on workload and cost evaluation
Resolve internal conflicts and support team motivation
Manage leave approvals and attendance policies
Ensure time and task management with strong follow-ups
Support employee training and continuous skill development
Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Show flexibility to learn and support all departments
