Empiric Proserve LLP is looking for dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiters to join our growing team for large-scale workforce hiring operations across Gujarat.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring projects
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, local networks, references & field activities
• Screening, shortlisting and coordinating interviews
• Line-up management and joining coordination
• Regular follow-ups with selected candidates
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and daily reports
• Coordination with clients and internal operations team
• Mobilization drives, campus connects & local hiring campaigns

🔹 Candidate Requirements:
• Experience in Recruitment / Field Hiring / Bulk Hiring preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Ability to work under hiring targets and deadlines
• Must be comfortable for field recruitment activities
