Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter / HR Intern to assist in end-to-end recruitment and basic HR operations. The candidate will play a key role in attracting and selecting the right talent for various roles across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

• Screen and shortlist resumes as per job requirements

• Coordinate and schedule interviews

• Maintain candidate databases and trackers

• Support onboarding and joining formalities

• Assist HR team in day-to-day operations and documentation

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of recruitment process and HR activities

• Familiar with MS Office and job posting platforms

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Qualification:

• Graduate / Postgraduate (BBA, MBA, or any HR-related field preferred)

• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply
