Key Responsibilities:
Understand the hiring requirements from internal stakeholders or clients.
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or in-person interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain a database of qualified candidates and keep it updated regularly.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
Provide timely feedback to clients and candidates.
