HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles, while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand the hiring requirements from internal stakeholders or clients.

Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or in-person interviews.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain a database of qualified candidates and keep it updated regularly.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.

Provide timely feedback to clients and candidates.

Handle documentation
