Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to joining). • Post job openings on job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, etc. • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews (telephonic and face-to-face). • Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment status. • Prepare offer letters and support joining formalities. • Maintain interview sheets, MIS, and daily recruitment reports. • Coordinate background verification with previous HR and reporting managers. • Support the onboarding process for new joiners.
