A brief about the role:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job vacancies within an organization. The primary goal is to attract top talent and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. The HR Recruiter collaborates with hiring managers and HR team members to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute hiring plans.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and position requirements.
• Source potential candidates through online job portals, social media, professional networks, and other channels
• Review and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the position
• Administer pre-employment assessments and reference checks
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively evaluate candidates and assess their qualifications
