3.Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
4. Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
5.Serve as contact person for questions from candidates.

Requirements-

1. Experience in recruitment.
2.Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
3.Knowledge of different job portals (Naukri Portal compulsory)
