Job Description:

We at Ebase Infratech Pvt Ltd, a leading real estate advisory firm, are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding them effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring needs for sales and marketing teams in real estate.

• Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and walk-ins.

• Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.

• Coordinate with department heads and ensure timely closures of open positions.

• Maintain candidate database and prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.

• Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience for new hires.

• Represent the company with a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in the real estate sector.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Well-versed with sourcing tools and platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field.

• Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Real Estate
