Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy .

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, separations, etc.

• Assist with benefits administration, attendance tracking, and leave management.

• Coordinate with payroll and compliance teams to ensure timely inputs and documentation.

• Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, systems, and procedures.

• Assist in implementing HR policies and processes across the organization.

MIS Reporting:

• Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports .

• Prepare dashboards for leadership review using Excel/Google Sheets or HRIS tools.

• Analyze HR metrics and trends to support business insights.

• Ensure timely submission of statutory and compliance-related reports, if applicable.
