Job Title: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions

• Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, etc.)

• Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone or video interviews

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment status to stakeholders

• Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies during hiring

• Support onboarding activities for new hires
