Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Goregaon E (Mumbai)

Job Type: Full-Time

Department: Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to find top talent through job boards, social media, career fairs, networking, and referrals.

    • Post job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) and ensure a wide range of candidates are attracted to the role.

    • Proactively search for passive candidates and build a pool of potential candidates for future needs.

  2. Screening & Interviewing:

    • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.

    • Conduct behavioral interviews and ensure consistency and fairness in the interview process.

  3. Candidate Engagement:

    • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring clear, prompt communication throughout the recruitment process.

    • Answer candidate questions regarding roles, company culture, benefits, and any other inquiries related to the hiring process.

    • Act as a brand ambassador for the company, ensuring candidates have a positive impression of the company, whether they are selected or not.

  4. Offer Management:

    • Work with hiring managers to extend job offers to selected candidates.

    • Negotiate compensation packages and other offer details in line with the company’s policies and budget.

    • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of job offers, and communicate the next steps to candidates.

  5. Onboarding Support:

    • Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

    • Assist with paperwork, background checks, and other pre-employment activities.

    • Help organize orientation programs and ensure new employees are set up for success from day one.

  6. Data Management & Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, and hiring processes in the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

    • Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness.

    • Provide regular updates and reports to the HR team and hiring managers on recruitment progress.

  7. Collaboration & Consultation:

    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and the company’s strategic goals.

    • Provide advice and recommendations on improving recruitment practices and strategies.

    • Act as a point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.

  8. Compliance & Best Practices:

    • Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to labor laws and the company’s equal opportunity and diversity policies.

    • Keep updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and changes in employment law.
