Job Title: HR Recruiter Intern

Location: Billekahalli, JP Nagar, Bangalore

Job Type: Internship (3 months)

Salary: 10,000 Stipend per month

Work timing: 9:30 to 6:30

Working days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources

team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to

meet the evolving needs of our organization. You'll work closely with hiring managers to

understand workforce requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for

candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

● Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other

creative channels.

● Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.

● Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department leads.

● Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

● Flexible for field recruitment.

Requirements:

● Bachelor/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related

field.

● Proven experience in recruitment or HR roles.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

● Co-ordinate with the team
