Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet the organization’s hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
· Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and draft job descriptions
· Source candidates through various channels:
o Job portals (Naukri, Apna Job Portal, Indeed, LinkedIn)
o Social media platforms
· Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews
· Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
· Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills & Competencies:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Good understanding of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies
· Ability to assess candidate profiles effectively
· Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
· Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/ATS
· Time management and multitasking ability
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
· MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience:
· 0–3 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
· Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
