Job Profile
We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible HR Coordinators to join our team in Thane West. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong Excel knowledge, and fast typing skills.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day HR activities and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Handle data entry and prepare reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate with candidates and employees through calls, messages, and emails.
Assist in recruitment and interview coordination.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Perform other administrative and HR-related activities as required.
Candidate Requirements
Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Excellent English communication skills
Fast typing speed with good accuracy
Good coordination and organizational skills
Basic computer knowledge
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Immediate joiners preferred
