HR Assistant – Recruitment
Work directly with MD

12 Years old Recruitment firm | 500+ Employees hired for clients
Small-sized organization | 2–3 employees
Experience: 1 Year

Qualification: Graduate
Location: RT Nagar, Bangalore (Near Post Office)
English: Fluent English required
Working: Full-time | Work from Office
Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 (In-hand) + Incentives

Responsibilities

Hire suitable candidates for clients based on their requirements
Screen and evaluate applicants through CVs and phone discussions
Assess communication skills, attitude, knowledge and experience
Search for candidates with specific skills as per client requirements
Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interviews with clients
Work on laptop/PC, emails and MS Office
