Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas, or Shipping industries.
• Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting marine professionals such as officers, engineers, ratings, and offshore personnel.
• Strong knowledge of marine certifications and documentation, including STCW, CDC, COC, BOSIET, HUET, and other maritime compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media recruitment, and database management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate management, and client coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and recruitment software/ATS systems.
• Experience in international recruitment and Gulf/Offshore hiring will be an added advantage.
