Major Roles

·       Responsible for the entire recruitment process, including both IT and non-IT recruitment.

·       Source resumes from various job portals, referrals, Naukri and Linkedln.

·       Oversee full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interview coordination.

·       Schedule interviews through email and phone communication, ensuring candidates attend interviews at the designated time and date.

·       Coordinate with candidates from interview through to joining date, aiming to ensure stability and reduce attrition.

·       Experience with application tracking systems.

Skills

·       Effective communication skills

·       Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

·       Experience working with Excel and Microsoft Office
