HR Recruiter

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing top talent, building candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to onboarding.

• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define role specifications.

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus hiring.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit.

• Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-up with candidates.

• Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.

• Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment.

• Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

• Good understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.

• Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

• Goal-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (IT).

• Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for HR may also be considered.
