Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing recruitment agency. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, and other job portals.

• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

• Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates.

• Achieve monthly hiring and placement targets.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (consultancy experience preferred).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and recruitment portals.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
