JOB Role:
· End-to-End Recruitment: Lead and execute the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
· Talent Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage with high-calibre candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
· Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and establish effective communication throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate effectively with external recruitment agencies to optimize the hiring process
· Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
· Pan India Hiring: overseeing recruitment activities across multiple locations in Pan India and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
· Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to proactively meet current and future hiring needs.
· Employer Branding: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a positive employer brand, both internally and externally.
