Job Title: HR Apprentice – MBA Fresher

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic MBA (HR) Freshers to join our HR Department as

Apprentices for a one-year training program. This role will primarily focus on Talent

Acquisition along with exposure to core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

 Assist in end-to-end and talent acquisition processes

 Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups

 Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

 Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

 Support HR team in onboarding and documentation processes

 Maintain daily work-related reports and data

 Work extensively on MS Excel for reporting and data management

 Provide administrative support to the HR department

Eligibility Criteria

 MBA in HR (Freshers can apply)

 Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR operations

 Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, reporting)

 Good communication and coordination skills

 Willingness to learn and grow in a corporate environment
