Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to support our recruitment process by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of recruitment strategies, and a passion for building strong talent pipelines to meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and shortlist candidates
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs and campus recruitment
Prepare and extend job offers in coordination with HR and management
Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new sourcing techniques
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously
Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations is a plus
