Manage end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles
Understand job requirements and create clear job descriptions
Source candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update the candidate database regularly
Follow up with candidates and provide feedback during and after the interview process
Ensure a smooth onboarding process in coordination with the HR team
Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare weekly reports
Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple requirements at once
