About the Role
We are looking for a target-oriented In-House HR Recruiter to handle high-volume recruitment for our Outbound Calling / Sales process.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with bulk hiring, candidate sourcing, telephonic screening, interview coordination, and regular follow-ups. You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of candidates and ensuring timely hiring as per business requirements.Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Handle bulk recruitment for outbound calling and sales positions.
Source candidates through job portals, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Make outbound calls to potential candidates and explain the job opportunity.
Screen candidates based on communication skills, experience, and job requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers/team leaders.
Follow up with selected candidates to ensure they complete the joining process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
Build and maintain a continuous pipeline of candidates for future requirements.
Coordinate with the operations/sales team regarding manpower requirements.
Support onboarding and joining formalities.
Reduce candidate drop-offs through effective communication and follow-up.
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / Bulk Hiring preferred.
Experience hiring for BPO, telecalling, telesales, outbound sales, or customer-service roles is an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of recruitment calls.
Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good follow-up and candidate-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.

Who Should Apply?
This role is suitable for an HR professional who enjoys high-volume recruitment and working with hiring targets. Candidates with experience in BPO, telecalling, telesales, or outbound-sales recruitment will be preferred.
