Job Summary

We are looking for a talent-focused HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier talent to help our team grow. Key Responsibilities

Source Candidates: Actively find qualified talent through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen & Interview: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the Pipeline: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a smooth recruitment workflow.
Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring all applicants receive timely updates and a positive experience.
Offer Management: Assist in extending job offers, conducting reference checks, and facilitating a seamless onboarding handover.
