Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers and operations teams to close positions within the defined TAT.
Ensure candidates complete documentation, BGV, and onboarding formalities.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
Track daily recruitment activities and share MIS reports.
Manage relationships with vendors, job consultants, and referral partners.
Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and bulk hiring events.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
