JOB DESCRIPTION – HR RECRUITER
Position: HR Recruiter
Department: Human Resources

Reporting To: HR Manager / Director
Key Responsibilities
Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with the concerned department/management.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, selection, documentation, and joining.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly recruitment MIS reports.
Coordinate with different departments to understand manpower requirements.
Negotiate salary and discuss company policies with selected candidates.
Ensure timely joining and proper documentation of new employees.
Maintain recruitment records and confidential employee information.
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
Handle employee queries related to recruitment and joining formalities.
Maintain good relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in recruitment/HR will be preferred.
Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. will be an advantage.
