Job Title: Placement Officer

Job Description:

Clinogenesis Research Institute is looking for a proactive and result-driven Placement Officer to manage and strengthen our placement activities. Candidates with prior experience in placement services and strong connections in the clinical research and pharmacy sectors will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee placement activities for students in clinical research and pharmacy programs.

• Build and maintain partnerships with CROs, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and related organizations.

• Organize placement drives, industry meets, and employer engagement programs.

• Conduct student training sessions on interview preparation, resume writing, and professional communication.

• Maintain accurate placement data and generate periodic reports.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all placement-related communication.

Key Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience as a Placement Officer or in a similar role.

• Established network within clinical research and pharmaceutical industries.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and virtual collaboration tools.

• Immediate joiner preferred.
