Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic HR Recruiter – Non-IT with excellent communication skills and a passion for talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, handling diverse roles across industries such as healthcare, pharma, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, networking, and social media platforms.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely hiring.
Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers regularly.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Meet recruitment targets within stipulated timelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
1 to 3 years of proven experience in non-IT recruitment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
Familiarity with job portals, professional networking sites, and recruitment tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
