Job Description

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience

  • Prior factory/industrial environment exposure

  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)

  • Recruitment & staffing: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding

  • Attendance tracking and maintaining employee records

  • Payroll management with PF & ESIC compliance

  • Conducting induction programs and employee engagement activities

  • Handling grievances and supporting performance reviews

  • Maintaining statutory registers and HR documentation

  • Coordinating with departments for manpower planning and training initiatives
