Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles including Accountants, Sales Executives, Backend Staff, and Manufacturing/Factory positions.
Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, WorkIndia, Naukri, etc.), social media, and industry-specific networks.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for final rounds.
Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and management.
Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
HR Operations
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring records.
Support onboarding processes including employee documentation and joining formalities.
Assist in HR generalist activities such as attendance tracking, employee coordination, and compliance support.
Contribute to HR policy implementation and employee engagement initiatives.
Administrative Support
Assist with day-to-day office operations and HR administration.
Ensure proper maintenance of HR records and employee files.
Provide support in audits and compliance checks related to HR documentation.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in recruitment/HR, preferably in the gold/jewellery manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing platforms and recruitment strategies.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Preferred Profile
Prior experience in gold/jewellery industry recruitment.
Familiarity with factory/manufacturing workforce hiring.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term talent pipelines.
