HR Recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for a Field HR Recruiter who has prior experience in hiring field staff for meter installation projects (Electricity / Gas / Water). Candidate should have good networking in local areas and strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field-level hiring of technicians and installers for meter installation.

• Sourcing candidates through field visits, local vendors, references, and job portals.

• Conducting initial screening and shortlisting as per project requirements.

• Coordinating with the operations team for deployment and joining formalities.

• Visiting project sites to understand manpower requirements and ground challenges.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field recruitment, preferably in utility or infra projects.

• Experience in meter installation hiring will be given strong preference.

• Willingness to travel locally for hiring drives.

Education:
Graduate in any discipline

Salary - 15k to 18k + TA & Incentive
