HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting profiles.

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

• Conduct telephonic and video interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

• Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.

• Generate recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring progress.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter (IT/Non-IT).

• Strong knowledge of recruitment portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.

• Hands-on experience in interviewing, shortlisting, and candidate evaluation.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within deadlines.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to bulk hiring and campus recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR, etc.) will be an added advantage.
