Position Overview-
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead the human resources function of our growing manpower services business. The role demands a professional who can seamlessly balance end-to-end recruitment (Blue & Grey Collar profiles) with strategic HR operations, client relationship management, and compliance oversight.
This is a key leadership role, requiring a strong ability to align manpower strategy with business goals, manage large-scale workforce operations, and act as a trusted HR partner for both employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
Drive end-to-end recruitment strategy to ensure a robust talent pipeline for Blue & Grey collar workforce.
Build long-term talent sourcing channels through vendors, job portals, and local networks.
Partner with senior management to align workforce planning with business expansion.
Operations & Workforce Management
Oversee manpower deployment, attendance, and workforce productivity across multiple sites.
Implement systems for effective reliever management, shift rotations, and compliance monitoring.
Conduct regular site visits to resolve grievances, strengthen workforce engagement, and ensure operational excellence.
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary HR liaison for client leadership on manpower, compliance, and workforce concerns.
Build strong partnerships with client HR teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide strategic manpower insights and recommend solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
Compliance, Payroll & Documentation
Oversee payroll coordination and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (ESI, PF, labor laws, etc.).
Maintain accurate and updated HR MIS, compliance records, and employee documentation.
Ensure all HR policies and processes are audit-ready and legally compliant.
Reporting & Analytics
Deliver data-driven insights through daily, weekly, and monthly HR/operations reports.
Provide strategic recommendations to management on workforce trends, attrition, and performance.
Postgraduate in Human Resources / Management or related discipline.
5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in the manpower or facility management industry.
Proven expertise in large-scale Blue & Grey collar recruitment and workforce operations.
Strong command of HR compliance, labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory norms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to travel locally & outstation for site coordination and recruitment drives.
