Key Responsibilities
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluate their suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Post and update job vacancies on job portals and social media platforms.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Conduct reference/background checks as required.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with managers to understand current and future hiring requirements.
Achieve recruitment targets within the given timelines.
