TheOneTrade is looking for HR Recruiters to join our team on a remote basis. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interview schedules, and supporting the hiring process from shortlisting to closure. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with candidates and hiring teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
🔹 Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and recruitment networks
🔹 Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
🔹 Conduct initial screening calls
🔹 Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
🔹 Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring status
🔹 Support hiring targets and ensure a smooth recruitment process
Requirements:
🔹 Good communication and interpersonal skills
🔹 Candidate sourcing and screening skills
🔹 Organized, proactive and target-oriented
🔹 Prior recruitment experience preferred
🔹 Motivated freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
Eligibility Criteria:
