We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in both lateral and volume hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle — from understanding client requirements to sourcing, screening, and closing suitable candidates within defined timelines.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients across various domains and levels.
Manage both lateral and bulk/volume hiring efficiently within agreed timelines.
Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring criteria thoroughly.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and networking.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
Ensure smooth onboarding and post-placement follow-ups.
Work closely with the internal team to meet hiring targets and SLAs.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Target-oriented with strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment (both lateral and bulk hiring).
Prior experience in a consultancy or staffing firm preferred.
