Job Description:

We are hiring freshers for the position of HR Recruitment Trainee.
If you are confident, have good communication skills, and are eager to start your career in HR — this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process

• Screen and shortlist candidates

• Coordinate interviews with applicants

• Maintain and update the candidate database

Eligibility:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Basic English and Computer knowledge required

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Must be confident and willing to learn

Training & Salary:

• Training Duration: 3 Months

• Stipend (During Training): Up to ₹12,000/month

• Salary (After Training): Up to ₹15,000/month
