Key responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews with reporting managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
Negotiate salary offers and facilitate offer rollouts and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and hiring procedures.
