• Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating final selections.

• Understand job requirements and prepare/update job descriptions.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews with candidates.

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth coordination.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
