We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. The HR Admin will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records (e.g., personal details, attendance, leaves, contracts).
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Support the onboarding and offboarding process of employees.
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.).
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and processes.
Manage HR databases and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Organize and maintain personnel files in a confidential and secure manner.
Support HR events such as team-building activities, wellness programs, etc.
