Job Title: HR Recruiter (Non-IT)

We are hiring enthusiastic HR Recruiters with 3 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment. Freshers with strong interest in recruitment can also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals like Naukri and Apna
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
Handle bulk hiring and maintain candidate pipeline
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

3 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment
Good sourcing knowledge on Naukri and Apna
Strong communication skills in Tamil and English
Proficiency in any South Indian language such as Kannada or Telugu is preferred

Location: Bangalore – Marathahalli
