Key Responsibilities:

8. Data Management: Maintain accurate records, track recruitment metrics, and analyze data to improve the recruitment process.

9. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and equal employment opportunity regulations.

10. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine the recruitment process to enhance efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.
