Job Summary:
Avalamb Services is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Office Assistant / HR Recruiter to join our team. This hybrid role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer support, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. The position also requires regular travel to client locations to coordinate interviews and recruitment drives.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle candidates call professionally, addressing queries and concerns efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of candidate’s interactions and follow-ups.
Provide timely and accurate information to customers to resolve issues.
Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.
Visit client locations for interview coordination and recruitment support.
Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns.
Meet key performance indicators including call quality, customer satisfaction, and recruitment timelines.
Requirements:
Must own a two-wheeler for travel to client sites.
Male candidates only (as per job requirement).
0–2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel regularly for client coordination.
