Job Summary:

Avalamb Services is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Office Assistant / HR Recruiter to join our team. This hybrid role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer support, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. The position also requires regular travel to client locations to coordinate interviews and recruitment drives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle candidates call professionally, addressing queries and concerns efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate’s interactions and follow-ups.

  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers to resolve issues.

  • Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.

  • Visit client locations for interview coordination and recruitment support.

  • Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns.

  • Meet key performance indicators including call quality, customer satisfaction, and recruitment timelines.

Requirements:

  • Must own a two-wheeler for travel to client sites.

  • Male candidates only (as per job requirement).

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Willingness to travel regularly for client coordination.
