Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Recruitment Intern to drive end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple functional areas, including Technology, Sales, Content Writing, and Operations. Working closely with leadership, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding top talent to accelerate our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Actively source prospective candidates across job portals, LinkedIn, college networks, and niche talent communities for open roles in Tech, Sales, Operations, and Content.

2. Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls to assess fit and communication, and shortlist candidates against role specifications.

3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interview rounds between candidates and hiring managers/founders, ensuring a smooth, timely evaluation process.

4. Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle, maintaining transparent communication and follow-ups.

5. Job Postings & Campus Outreach: Draft and post engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms and assist with campus recruitment initiatives.

6. Recruitment Operations: Maintain internal applicant tracking data, coordinate offer rollout logistics, and support basic onboarding activities.

What We Are Looking For

· Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields preferred).

· Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills to effectively engage and evaluate candidates.

· Multi-Domain Hiring Interest: Curiosity and quick adaptability to understand job requirements across technical (Full Stack, Data) and non-technical (Sales, Editorial, Ops) domains.

· Ownership & Drive: High energy, detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

· Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing, job boards (Internshala, Naukri, Wellfound, etc.), and Google Workspace/MS Excel.
