Job Description

• Screen resumes and application forms.

• Assist in the execution of recruitment plans.

• Identify suitable candidates for open positions.

• Assist with record-keeping and administration tasks related to recruitment processes.

• Network with educational institutions and utilize social media platforms to attract candidates

- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for all positions along with onboarding

- Understanding and planning of talent requirements at various levels

- Maintaining employee records and Analysis

- Organize & Provide training and development programs for employees

- Ensure company Rules & Regulations adherence by employees

- Promote Equality and Health & Safety amongst employees

- Educate and create awareness amongst company employees on HR Policies
